That's me!
Hello and thanks for coming to my blog! I’m the man behind the curtain here, Andrew Stanley, but you probably know me as stanrox. I love the classic console games and setup this blog so I could share my passion and hear from fellow gamers. Right now I’m living upstate New York where I work as a computer programmer, when I’m not gaming.
I’ve been gaming since I was old enough to know how and the older I get, the more I seem to enjoy it. There’s just something about these older systems that makes them far more fun to me so that’s what I focus on. You could say I’ve also become a bit of a collector although truly my passion is playing the games.
That said, collecting and trading (or selling…) is a nice side hobby to get into if you do become envolved in old school gaming. Just being plugged into the game trading circuit it well worth the effort. Ask around, you’d be suprised who might be a gamer! And every gamer is a potential trading buddy so keep that in mind.
